Original Proposal Text
Circle is retiring USDC on Noble, and from 2027-01-12 the USDC.n vouchers on BeeZee lose their backing. Since the v8.2.0 upgrade BeeZee no longer accepts new USDC.n deposits from Noble, and the protocol-owned USDC.n/BZE liquidity has been moved to Injective-issued USDC (USDC.inj). This proposal uses the TradeBin halt feature added in v8.2.0 to halt USDC.n (ibc/6490A7EAB61059BFC1CDDEB05917DD70BDF3A611654162A1A47DB930D40D8AF4) on the DEX. It also halts three tokens whose IBC connections to their home chains have expired, so they can no longer be transferred in either direction: the old Vidulum VDL (ibc/689DD6F80E4DBCE14877462B182504037FAEAD0699D5804A7F5CB328D33ED24B, channel-1), Jackal JKL (ibc/4AA3B163580B4377250CD4486FB6AD098EB27822EE056949EC4A39B09C5E3B4E, channel-4) and OmniFlix FLIX (ibc/FF39851E73089ACBD0B09BDF62FA3C67FBD77A2CD97CD159DBCE9C770561F8AF, channel-5). Once halted, these tokens can no longer be traded: no new orders or fills on their order books, no swaps, no new markets, pools or liquidity, and they can no longer pay transaction fees. Every exit stays open: you can still cancel your resting orders, remove liquidity and send the tokens. USDC.n can still be transferred back to Noble over IBC to redeem it before Circle's deadline, so please move your USDC.n out of BeeZee in time. A later proposal with MsgUnhaltDenoms can lift the halt.
