The IBC client 07-tendermint-1 on BitCanna, which tracks osmosis-1, has expired because no relayer was updating it. This proposal replaces its state with the substitute client 07-tendermint-87 (identical chain-id, trust level, unbonding period, max clock drift, proof specs and upgrade path) via MsgRecoverClient (ibc-go v8), restoring transfer/channel-1 Osmosis transfer/channel-51 without new channels or new IBC denoms. No funds are moved. A matching proposal is being submitted on Osmosis for client 07-tendermint-1499.
