Inflation is not buying security on Desmos. Inflation is fixed at 3%, so issuance no longer tracks bonded ratio. The chain still mints ~5.8M DSM/year while bonded stake is ~43% vs 67%. Set inflation min/max to 0. Rewards then come from fees only.
