1. DELIGHT LABS: The History and Technical Identity of CONX DELIGHT LABS has been the core technical partner of CONX since the C2X era, taking full responsibility for the design, construction, and continuous maintenance of the mainnet. Technical Foundation of CONX: We are the team that designed and directly implemented the overall chain architecture, participating from the Genesis of the mainnet. Pioneers of Hybrid Engines: We successfully built the first hybrid environment in the Cosmos ecosystem where CosmWasm and EVM coexist. We possess unique expertise in managing complex interactions between these two virtual machines. Proven Stability: Since the launch, we have operated the network without any technical gaps through continuous maintenance, upgrades, and mainnet monitoring. 2. Core Development, Maintenance & Infrastructure Roadmap (Upcoming 6 Months) Over the next six months, DELIGHT LABS will focus on technical upgrades that keep CONX aligned with the latest Cosmos, EVM, and CosmWasm ecosystems while maintaining long-term mainnet stability, compatibility, and interoperability. [Infrastructure & Engine Upgrade] Cosmos SDK v0.54 Support: Upgrade and validate compatibility with cosmos-sdk v0.54, including core modules, state migration, transaction processing, and integration with the latest Cosmos infrastructure. cosmos/evm v0.7 Support: Upgrade and validate compatibility with cosmos/evm v0.7, including EVM execution, transaction handling, JSON-RPC behavior, mempool architecture, and dependency updates. CosmWasm 3.0 Major Upgrade: Support the adoption of CosmWasm 3.0 through Wasmd/WasmVM integration, contract execution compatibility, state/query validation, and migration testing. [Interoperability & Compatibility] Wasm Precompile Stabilization: Improve interoperability between EVM contracts and CosmWasm modules by stabilizing Wasm Precompile functionality across upgraded environments. Precompile Compatibility Assurance: Validate and maintain compatibility of major precompile modules, including Wasm, Bank, and IBC/ICS20 precompiles, through extensive testing and behavioral verification. Mempool & Transaction Processing Stability: Validate EVM-compatible mempool behavior following the cosmos/evm v0.7 upgrade, including Krakatoa application-side mempool support and BlockSTM compatibility review. IBC & Cross-chain Interoperability: Validate IBC execution paths and cross-chain asset transfer compatibility, with particular focus on stable onboarding of Cosmos native USDC to CONX. [Maintenance, Security & Operations] Observability & Runtime Diagnostics: Improve observability across EVM, RPC, mempool, IBC, and Wasm execution paths to support faster debugging and operational analysis. Mainnet Operations & Incident Response: Continue providing technical monitoring, issue triage, emergency debugging, and hotfix coordination to ensure stable CONX mainnet operations. 3. Funding Request & Disbursement (Vesting) In alignment with the DAO structure, we request the following budget to ensure transparent fund execution. Total Requested Amount: 18,936,584 CONX Budget Basis: Monthly Maintenance Fee of $20,000 × 6 months (July ~ December 2026) = Total $120,000 Price Reference: $0.00633694 / CONX (Based on the 1-month average (2026-06-13 ~ 2026-07-12) from CoinGecko data) [Vesting Plan] Vesting Contract: xpla1e528mhrl2awwsf3pwfwvm5scz7xtljrhmszn8kf24pf4w965cuxqr5cvzt Schedule: Funds will be released linearly on the 1st of every month for 6 months. The community can monitor the status of fund execution in real time. 4. Conclusion The expertise of DELIGHT LABS, the team that knows CONX best, remains the strongest guarantee for the security, stability, and long-term growth of the network. As CONX continues to evolve under the DAO structure, DELIGHT LABS will remain committed to maintaining the chain's technical stability, ecosystem compatibility, and competitiveness. Through this proposal, we will continue to deliver the core development, infrastructure upgrades, interoperability improvements, and operational support required for the second half of 2026.
