Temporary Deactivation of the ICS20 Precompile

Proposal Summary This proposal recommends temporarily deactivating the ICS20 precompile as a preventive measure to ensure the operational stability and security of the CONX network. Proposed Change If this proposal passes and is executed, the ICS20 precompile will be temporarily disabled. During the deactivation period, EVM-based IBC transfers and related query functions provided through the ICS20 precompile will be unavailable. Reactivation The ICS20 precompile will remain disabled while additional verification and stability testing are conducted. Any decision to reactivate the ICS20 precompile will be submitted through a separate governance proposal after the required verification has been completed. Expected Impact While the ICS20 precompile is disabled, users and applications will not be able to perform EVM-based IBC transfers or use related query functions through the precompile. This proposal only affects functionality provided through the ICS20 precompile and does not propose any changes to token balances, staking positions, governance voting power, or economic parameters.
