Security audit of CIPNFT and GL1F by Sherlock

This is a signal proposal to allocate 20,000 USDC from the community-owned liquidity position on Base (Uniswap V3 pool 0xDe9BA4084Bf0733a9d69e42e71e5Fd140179df71, position NFT #5633483) and its collected fees to fund a security audit of two native GenesisL1 protocols, CIPNFT and GL1F, by Sherlock (sherlock.xyz). This proposal is submitted alongside a competing proposal for a comparable audit by another firm. The proposal that receives the greater number of “Yes” votes will be adopted.
