HSC Asset Management proposes that the Gonka community allocate 15,000 USDT from the Community Pool for a fireside chat on AI for Gonka's founders at HSC Asset Management Singapore, a one-day institutional conference on 8 October 2026 at Fairmont Singapore. The event has more than 2,000 registered and 69 published speakers across two stages, including HSBC, UBS, Fidelity International, Pantera Capital, Binance, Tether and Chainlink. It runs in TOKEN2049 week, when Gonka is already funded to be in Singapore under proposal #99, so no additional travel is requested. Deliverables: a 20-minute fireside slot of Gonka's own on the published agenda, on the Global Stage at 16:05; five or more pre-arranged meetings with family offices, asset managers and institutions; a private dinner seat; brand placement across the venue, the event site and the registration page; recording and photographs owned by Gonka. KPIs, verified by the Gonka Marketing Committee: the fireside delivered on the published agenda, five or more meetings with booked and held counted separately, brand live from confirmation to 8 October, and a written report naming every contact made, within 10 working days of the event.
