Update Various Oracle Feeds on Injective Exchange dApps

Original Proposal Text

If passed, this proposal will update oracle parameters for eight active derivative markets on Injective and update the ticker for the current SCROLL market. For BX/USDC PERP, it updates the oracle base to the intended BX/USD SEDA Fast feed. For SCR/USDC PERP, ALT/USDC PERP, METIS/USDC PERP, ILV/USDC PERP, RPL/USDC PERP, MANTA/USDC PERP, and TAIKO/USDC PERP, it migrates the markets from Pyth core oracle feeds to their matching Pyth Pro oracle feeds. For the current SCROLL/USDC PERP market, it also updates the ticker display to SCR/USDC PERP. This proposal updates only oracle parameters and the SCROLL/USDC PERP ticker. All other market parameters remain unchanged. Actions: - By voting yes on this proposal, you support updating the BX/USDC PERP oracle base to SEDA Fast, migrating the listed Pyth core markets to matching Pyth Pro oracle feeds, and updating the SCROLL/USDC PERP ticker to SCR/USDC PERP. - By voting no on this proposal, you do not support updating these oracle feeds or the SCR ticker. - By voting no with veto, you find this proposal to be spam/irrelevant/malicious to governance, and support burning the 100 INJ deposit if NoWithVeto votes are greater than one-third of the total voting power. - By voting abstain, you wish to contribute to quorum while formally declining to vote either for or against the proposal.
