Update Hourly Funding Rate Caps for Various Equity Perpetuals on Injective Exchange dApps

If passed, this proposal will decrease the hourly funding rate caps for the LYV/USDC PERP, MGM/USDC PERP, MRNA/USDC PERP, MS/USDC PERP, MU/USDC PERP, NEE/USDC PERP, NFLX/USDC PERP, NKE/USDC PERP, NOW/USDC PERP, NVO/USDC PERP, ORCL/USDC PERP, PANW/USDC PERP, PDD/USDC PERP, PFE/USDC PERP, PM/USDC PERP, PSKY/USDC PERP, PYPL/USDC PERP, QCOM/USDC PERP, RBLX/USDC PERP, REGN/USDC PERP, RIO/USDC PERP, RKLB/USDC PERP, SAP/USDC PERP, SBUX/USDC PERP, SCHW/USDC PERP, SNAP/USDC PERP, SNDK/USDC PERP, SNOW/USDC PERP, SOFI/USDC PERP, SPOT/USDC PERP, TEM/USDC PERP, TGT/USDC PERP, TKO/USDC PERP, TSM/USDC PERP, UBER/USDC PERP, V/USDC PERP, VST/USDC PERP, WBD/USDC PERP, WFC/USDC PERP, WMT/USDC PERP, and WYNN/USDC PERP markets to 0.00275%, and decrease the hourly funding rate caps for the SPCX/USDC PERP and STRC/USDC PERP markets to 0.0055%. This proposal updates only the hourly funding rate cap parameter for the listed equity perpetual markets. All other market parameters will remain unchanged. Actions: - By voting yes on this proposal, you support decreasing the hourly funding rate caps for the listed equity perpetual markets as described above. - By voting no on this proposal, you do not support decreasing the hourly funding rate caps for the listed equity perpetual markets as described above. - By voting no with veto, you find this proposal to be spam/irrelevant/malicious to governance, and contribute to burning the 100 INJ deposit if NoWithVeto votes are greater than one-third of the total voting power. - By voting abstain, you wish to contribute to quorum while formally declining to vote either for or against the proposal.
