Enable EVM Mapping for $HELIXPOINT Token

This proposal creates an ERC20 token pair mapping for the $HELIXPOINT token (factory/inj13j2rpnlwl30c02d4pzukykwfeyyhelvry9cqte/shroom_8_be9bddf36b94db69), enabling seamless interoperability between the Cosmos bank module and the EVM environment. $HELIXPOINT is a community token on Injective launched via the SHROOM Pad launchpad. The full supply of 1,000,000,000 HELIXPOINT (18 decimals) was minted at launch, and the token factory admin is the launchpad's issuer contract (choice_mts_issuer-shroom-mainnet) — no externally owned account holds mint authority. This mapping will allow $HELIXPOINT holders to utilize the token across both native Injective and EVM-compatible applications, including the project's on-chain guestbook on Injective EVM.
