Settle WBD Perpetual and Update PSKY Ticker on Injective Exchange dApps

Original Proposal Text

If passed, this proposal will settle the WBD/USDC PERP market and change the on-chain ticker for the PSKY/USDC PERP market to SKYD/USDC PERP. Paramount Skydance Corporation completed its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery on October 6, 2026. Warner Bros. Discovery shares are being cashed out and delisted, and the WBD price feed will be discontinued. As part of the merger, Paramount Skydance Corporation is now Skydance Corporation and trades under the ticker SKYD. The price feed used by the PSKY/USDC PERP market continues uninterrupted under the SKYD ticker. Specifically, this proposal will: 1. Settle the WBD/USDC PERP market (0xdae66daadfd93a648eab935fd8f4dd7fdb39b75c1111d02e4b86959f710a7997). The settlement price of open positions will be based on the oracle price for the market when the proposal is passed. 2. Change the ticker of the PSKY/USDC PERP market (0x02367763611d7492f84fdc5451887d3df7856885c12e1d65addde07bd9ec70ea) to SKYD/USDC PERP. The market ID, oracle feed, and all other market parameters will remain unchanged. This proposal is expedited because the WBD price feed is scheduled to be discontinued shortly after the merger close. Actions: - By voting yes on this proposal, you support settling the WBD/USDC PERP market and changing the ticker of the PSKY/USDC PERP market to SKYD/USDC PERP. - By voting no on this proposal, you do not support settling the WBD/USDC PERP market and changing the ticker of the PSKY/USDC PERP market to SKYD/USDC PERP. - By voting no with veto, you find this proposal to be spam/irrelevant/malicious to governance, and contribute to burning the 500 INJ deposit if NoWithVeto votes are greater than one-third of the total voting power. - By voting abstain, you wish to contribute to quorum while formally declining to vote either for or against the proposal.
