This proposal adds a dust-position management extension to RUNUP's treasury architecture. It enables authorized transfers of residual derivatives positions out of a treasury, with independently funded compensation, while preserving the existing owner-approval and settlement processes. Approval authorizes storing the new CosmWasm code on Injective. Instantiation and use are separate operations. Existing treasury contracts and market parameters remain unchanged.
