Juno Delegation Programme — claim staking rewards II

This proposal claims the accrued staking rewards from the Juno Delegation Programme’s 37 listed validator positions and makes them available in the programme treasury. Proposal #381 passed its vote but failed because the programme’s DAO DAO contract does not accept the generated distribution messages; this replacement uses the supported Stargate MsgWithdrawDelegatorReward format with the programme treasury explicitly set as delegator, verified through local Juno governance and contract execution. Existing delegations remain unchanged. No tokens are delegated, redelegated or transferred to another recipient. This proposal was created on cosmoot.com.
