Original Proposal Text
Upgrade the Starknet mainnet (STRK) and Sepolia testnet (STRKS) specifications to support Starknet JSON-RPC v0.10. This proposal adds /rpc/v0_10 and /ws/rpc/v0_10 routes while retaining v0.9, removes obsolete v0.8 routes and legacy Pathfinder subscription APIs, adds current Starknet RPC methods and WebSocket subscriptions, and updates block-time and QoS settings for the current network. The upgrade addresses v0.10 requests falling back to an older default RPC route when the versioned path is not recognized. Required runtime support shipped in Lava v6.2.9 (PR #2318); the spec changes are reviewed and merged in PR #2341. Starknet providers should run v6.2.9 or later and restart after the specification is activated to load the new routes.
