This proposal creates the NUVA HOME Vault on Provenance Blockchain using Provenance’s Vault Module, with share denomination nuva.home and underlying asset denomination uylds.fcc (YLDS). The proposal also moves the Vault Module’s technology fee collection address to a YLDS-approved Figure Markets account. The default AUM fee is set to 0 basis points for the vault creation message, then restored to 15 basis points within the same proposal. HOME is a flagship vault launching soon on NUVA.finance, a real-world asset vault marketplace co-incubated by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs. Once the vault goes live, it will contribute additional transaction activity and network fees on Provenance Blockchain.
