Smart Contract Migration (Solana Metis USDC - add JUP, NVDAX, RAY)

## Summary This proposal migrates the `SOLANA-METIS-USDC` protocol contracts on the Nolus Pirin mainnet to the newly stored code IDs (Lease 977, Leaser 978, LPP 979, Oracle 980, Profit 981, Remote Lease controller 982, Reserve 983), pinned by the accompanying pin proposal. The contracts are built from the same smart-contract release v0.9.1 currently deployed; what changes is the protocol's compiled currency registry, which gains three new lease currencies: **JUP** (Jupiter, `JUPyiwrYJFskUPiHa7hkeR8VUtAeFoSYbKedZNsDvCN`), **NVDAX** (NVIDIA xStock by Backed, `Xsc9qvGR1efVDFGLrVsmkzv3qi45LTBjeUKSPmx9qEh`) and **RAY** (Raydium, `4k3Dyjzvzp8eMZWUXbBCjEvwSkkk59S5iCNLY3QrkX6R`), as defined in nolus-protocol/nolus-networks PR #168. The migration is executed through the Admin contract's `migrate_contracts` sudo: every protocol contract is migrated to its new code, and the Leaser then migrates all open leases to the new Lease code (977). The `SOLANA-METIS-SOL`, `SOLANA-METIS-CB_BTC` and `SOLANA-METIS-WETH` protocols are not affected. A second message extends the Oracle's swap tree with the three new currencies as direct children of USDC, so their prices are served from the first block after migration. By voting "YES" to this proposal you agree to migrate the `SOLANA-METIS-USDC` protocol contracts to the new code IDs.
