The x/lightnode module accumulated its share of the fee split from genesis until the reward pool was introduced in v3.2.0, while no light node was registered. That balance was reclassified as reserved at the v3.2.0 upgrade: nobody earned it and it can only move by an explicit governance decision. This releases the full reserve, 3,156,983.796395 QOR (3156983796395 uqor), to qor1j96pz82f9yd2sder7udn0gtnul90wyyt7wu38u. Ongoing light-node income is unaffected and stays distributable to registered nodes; rewards already credited to operators are tracked separately and are not touched.
