Regen Ledger v7.3.0 includes security fixes and dependency updates. This proposal schedules a coordinated upgrade of **regen-1** at block **28971032**, estimated for **24 September 2026 at 15:00 UTC**. The block height determines activation; the time is an estimate and may change with block production. ## Binaries and source availability Prebuilt Linux amd64 and arm64 executables, SHA-256 checksums, and validator instructions are available in the [Regen Ledger v7.3.0 release](https://github.com/regen-network/regen-ledger/releases/tag/v7.3.0). Use the supplied executables. ## During voting The standard voting period is seven days after the proposal enters voting. Consult this proposal's on-chain voting end time. Validators and delegators who support the upgrade should vote **YES**. ## Before the upgrade Node operators should download the executable for their architecture, verify its checksum, and stage it before the upgrade. ## At block 28971032 The existing software will halt for the upgrade.
