Original Proposal Text
This text-only proposal records the second phase of the previously announced five-phase burn of unallocated DORA tokens. The designated DORA will be deposited into this proposal. The proposer will then cancel the proposal to execute the planned burn through the network’s proposal-cancellation mechanism and native BurnCoins functionality, permanently removing the burned tokens from the on-chain total supply. This proposal contains no executable messages and requests no protocol or parameter changes. Voting is not required to execute the burn. The cancellation transaction hash, actual amount burned, and supporting on-chain records will be published after completion for independent verification. Please do not add deposits to this proposal unless you intend those tokens to be included in the burn. Any additional deposits will also be subject to the cancellation burn.
